How does hourly billing work?+
Workers set an hourly rate and a minimum booking hours. When work starts via OTP, a timer begins. On completion, the system multiplies actual hours by the hourly rate — including any extra hours worked beyond the booking.
How are workers verified?+
Workers can optionally complete Aadhaar verification. Verified workers receive a verified badge and appear higher in search results, giving employers confidence.
What payment methods are supported?+
Cash, UPI, cards, and wallet. For cash payments, both the employer (Cash Paid) and worker (Cash Received) must confirm before a job is marked complete and ratings unlock.
How do I book a delivery?+
Enter your pickup and drop locations, package type and weight, and the vehicle you need. Nearby delivery partners receive instant notifications — the first to accept gets the booking. Track live and confirm with OTP at pickup and drop.
Can I chat with workers before booking?+
Yes. Real-time chat with photo sharing and read receipts is built in. You can also call or WhatsApp directly from a worker's profile.
